Our Operations and Maintenance business is expanding. We are actively seeking experienced solar installers to partner with us in key regions across the U.S. to help complete solar projects that were left unfinished due to installer closures. This is a great opportunity to expand your business and gain new customers.

We're looking for solar installers in the following areas:
  • Alabama

  • Southern Georgia

  • Louisiana

  • Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania

  • South Carolina

  • West Virginia

What is Our Operations & Maintenance Program?

We are partnering with industry financiers to help homeowners who have had their solar projects halted due to their prior installer’s insolvency. We are looking for “boots on the ground” to determine the status of the project and see it through to completion.

“Some orphaned solar systems have not received permission to operate (PTO) and haven’t been commissioned due to solar company closures,” explains Patrick McCabe, co-founder and president of GreenLancer. “This leaves homeowners in a difficult position, making loan payments on solar systems that provide no energy bill savings.”

Some of the Benefits of Partnering With GreenLancer

  • Get paid to troubleshoot and complete installations already in progress

  • Gain access to a large pool of potential new customers

  • Have a single point of contact for jobs involving multiple financiers and homeowners

  • Get paired with a GreenLancer Coordinator to help address any questions or concerns

  • Have the opportunity to make a positive impact by helping homeowners with incomplete installations

  • Reestablish trust in the solar industry by completing incomplete projects by companies that have closed down

Qualifications for Solar Installers

GreenLancer seeks skilled field service providers who demonstrate strong communication, competitive pricing, and are licensed solar contractors. While additional manufacturer or NABCEP certifications are beneficial, a valid contractor license is the primary requirement.

  • Licensed and insured

  • Professional, ethical, and committed to providing excellent customer service

  • Be communicative and provide required updates to GreenLancer

  • Committed to providing excellent customer service
