Job Description

The People Administrator provides high-quality coordination support across all stages of the employee lifecycle, ensuring the smooth operation of people-centric processes and systems. This role plays a key part in supporting recruitment, onboarding, and learning and development while aligning with the company’s growth objectives. The People Administrator fosters employee engagement, ensures compliance with company policies, and supports culture-building initiatives to enhance workforce retention and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Administer and support all internal human resources (HR) and people processes and

systems.

  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries related to policies, benefits, and

    HR processes, escalating complex issues as necessary.

  • Manage the recruitment and selection process for internal team members and

    subcontractors.

  • Address current and future business needs by fostering the development, engagement,

    motivation, and retention of the company’s workforce.

  • Support facilitation of team culture initiatives.

  • Maintain and report on key HR metrics such as retention, time to hire, and employee

    engagement.

  • Assist in learning and development efforts, including organizing training programs,

    maintaining the knowledge calendar, and supporting staff away days.

  • Maintain awareness of legal compliance throughout human resource management.
